Blair Blouson is excited to go to a concert she has been waiting months to see. Blair is on the phone with her friend and as soon as she hangs up she is interrupted by an intruder. He is only interested in Blair's concert tickets so he quickly duct tapes her to a chair. Blair is dressed in a tight skirt, hose and boots as she sits struggling in the chair. Blair squirms and kicks her legs, she even manages to work her boots off her feet. But Blair is unable to break free from the rest of the tape.
